Volunteer help and financial assistance from our community will help support the continuation of this program.

KFMB LEND-A-HAND COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT INITIATIVE

KFMB, with assistance from the town and community through volunteering and sponsorships, started this program in 2013 to help homeowners that are unable to take care of repairs of their home due to age, illness, or loss of income and are in threat of code enforcement citations and fines. All work is strictly outside, and when our aid is requested, we gather as many volunteers as possible to complete repairs such as painting, fencing, siding, wood rot repairs, landscape maintenance, and more.

Lend-a-Hand is an important endeavor, and we are looking for groups and individuals to partner with us in all aspects of the program: planning, obtaining the necessary supplies, securing sponsorships, and providing ample volunteers.
